ALUMINIUM OXIDE and SMUT REMOVER 

Dipping Applications

To use a Dipping products, simply mix at 1:8 with cold water in a Bucket made from Stainless Steel or HDPE Plastic, and suspend the items using wire into the bucket, until removable oxides have been removed, wash of with clean water, operating temperatures are the same as above and are between 19°c and 28°c.

Use a Pre-Anodising Dip

In a Bucket made from Stainless Steel or HDPE Plastic,  mix at a ratio of 1:5 with Cold Water, and use as a dip, application temperature should be between 19°c and 28°c, This will remove any smut that is within the Aluminium, and stop any contamination of your anodising tank.

Hand Application (ideal for Japanese Motorcycle Engine Casings)

Ideal for removing oxides and smut that build up on Aluminium over a period of time, This product is especially useful on certain types of alloys found on Japanese Motorcycles, which have higher Zinc content.

 This is a concentrate in 1 Litre, and 5 Litres that MUST be mixed at 8:1 ratio with Cold Water. Application should always be at between 19°c and 28°c, and should take 2-20 minutes depending on the level of oxidisation that needs to be removed. Gloves must be worn at all times.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that our shipping prices are a higher than it would cost to send a normal parcel via the post, the reason for this is because any product that contains chemicals must be sent and packed as per the "hazardous goods" regulations, and be transported by a carrier that is licensed to be able to transport. we are unable to send by regular post as it is now a criminal offence to send undeclared hazardous goods.
