AR22 RUST INHIBITOR

A corrosion inhibitor is a chemical compound that decreases the corrosion rate of a material, When applying an Oxide Patina when there is moisture in the air. i.e in the Winter, sometimes small rusting will occur, by applying a rust Inhibitor by hand after degreasing, but before Oxide application you can eliminate this problem preventing re-rusting without leaving a visible or interfering film. 

This product is suitable for use in soak and spray wash operations. and has a wide range of applications including:- final rinse after phosphate operations, as a light duty cleaner for ferrous and non ferrous metals. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AS A SPRAY

Apply evenly with the spray gun, and with a cloth work in to the surface until dry, Wear Gloves, and eye protection.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN A DIP TANK

Make up concentrations of AR22 vary between 1% - 2% by volume, however optimum concentrations should be determined by trial. Additions of AR22 should start at 1% and increased until desired results are achieved. AR22 is generally operated at a temperature range of 70 - 80c as this will aid flash drying.
