ULTRA-KLENE SONIC 10 ULTRASONIC CLEANING CONCENTRATE

The correct cleaning preparations are necessary to ensure that the solution in the bath has the right balance of wetting agents, emulsifiers, strippers and where required de-oxidisers to ensure a professional cleaning/ stripping action. Caswell Europe's products are formulated to give the best action in the task they were created for.

UltraKlene-Sonic10 is a Heavy Duty Ultrasonic Cleaner.  It is a powerful amber coloured alkaline detergent based on caustic alkalis, chelaters, sequestrants and biodegradable surfactants.  UltraKlene-Sonic10 is excellent for removal of wide range of soilings including: Rust, Paints, Exhaust carbon i.e. (turbo components) Oils & Greases which are commonly encountered in auto electrical & fuel injection remanufacturing industries.  Please remember that the treated metal will be open to rusting within a very short time,  Inhibit this with AR22 or SD Seal OX.  UltraKlene-Sonic10 is suitable for use on all ferrous metals and copper, but will corrode copper alloys, aluminium, zinc & their alloys.  

UltraKlene-Sonic10 is designed for use ultrasonically & at a concentration between 10 to 20% of the working solution.  It is used at temperatures between 60°c to 80°c for heavy duty cleaning all cleaned components should be rinsed in clean hot water to remove detergent residues.

Please note that our shipping prices are a higher than it would cost to send a normal parcel via the post, the reason for this is because any product that contains chemicals must be sent and packed as per the "hazardous goods" regulations, and be transported by a carrier that is licensed to be able to transport. we are unable to send by regular post as it is now a criminal offence to send undeclared hazardous goods,
